Illustration Terms of Service1. General InformationBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms are meant to ensure clarity and fairness for both the client and the artist. Please read them carefully before placing an order.2. PaymentAll prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.Payment is split into two parts:50% upfront (non-refundable) to reserve your slot and start the project.50% upon completion, before the final high-resolution file is delivered.Payments are accepted through [Ko-fi / PayPal / other method].The initial payment is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it covers time and preparation.3. ProcessI will provide progress updates at major stages (sketch, color, final render).The client must respond within 3 days to approve or request changes at each stage.Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Minor color or lighting adjustments can be requested at the final stage.4. Deadlines and DeliveryDelivery time varies depending on complexity and workload (usually 1–4 weeks).I will inform you if there are any unexpected delays.The final high-resolution illustration will be delivered after the second payment is received.5. Copyright and UsageI, the artist, retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless a commercial license is purchased.You may not:Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork.Remove my signature or claim the artwork as your own.You may:Share the artwork on social media with proper credit (@psicodeka).Use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, or personal decoration.6. Commercial Use (if applicable)If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, covers, branding), you must purchase a commercial license. The fee and terms will be discussed individually.7. Artist RightsI reserve the right to decline any commission request without explanation.I may post the finished artwork on my portfolio or social media unless you request privacy before work begins.I reserve the right to reuse rejected sketches or concepts for future projects.8. Client ConductPlease be respectful during communication.Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation without refund.9.
